There Can Be Only One

Couldn't sleep last night due to heavy thunderstorm. So I churned this out.

A few hours ago I finished watching Highlander.

It's about an immortal person fighting with other immortals to gain the prize. In a story that spans centuries and in a world where everybody listens to Queen.

Did this listening to "Princes of the Universe" and "It's a Kind of Magic".

I think this movie is OK. Because the Good and Bad parts of this movie balances it.

First of all, the Good Parts. The concept is so kick ass and awesome. Then, there's the soundtrack done by my favorite band-Queen which I hear throughout the entire movie. I love the swords.

Then the Bad Parts. Nobody can act worth crap except for Sean Connery who dies within the first half. The script and dialog sucks. There is very little Character Development and the pacing is to fast and the plot is too shallow.

Well, there's alot more bad parts in numbers but Queen completely balanced it for me. I watched it for the soundtrack lol.
